I'm listening to the American Idol Compilation CD. It's very well-produced. But the songs most of them chose/were given? to sing are lousy. They're all good singers, but the song choices bummed. The only ones I liked were by Carrie, Bo and Anwar. Oh, and the finalists' single la. Haha. That one was... *swoons*... to die for! Me = sucker for soppy love songs.

I thought Ju Li was a nut, writing stories for the essay part of the English exam - and what stories too! But it turns out my bro is more like her than he likes to think. Ju, you and him can start a book writing club la. The dude was supposed to write an essay under the heading "An Unforgettable Incident" or something.

Well, in true Ju Li-esque style, he doesn't write about conventional stuff. He HAS to go and write that he's on a plane in the US that is being hijacked. Oh and to top it off, he mentions Uzis, submachine guns and whatnots *rolls eyes* God, Ju. You've got a protege la! Haha! (Dunno whether he'll like that though.. :P)

Ah. There are more or less 26 hours and 45 minutes til I'm on that airplane out of here! Boy, I can't wait! HAHA. BYE BYE MALAYSIA! Wooohooo!

Seriously, seeing the same country and holidaying at the same places every year (Fraser's, Penang, Singapore, Malacca) can get a tad tedious after 18 years. I am so so so glad to be getting out of here, you can't imagine! (Also a contributing factor - 5 1/2 months stuck in the house).

I'm going to miss a few things, though - the FA Cup final, the Champions League final, the American Idol final, the beginning of Malaysian Idol.... Woohoo. But those aren't anything compared to what else I'll miss - Ju and David's birthdays (hey.. maybe the writing thing has something to do with the 26th of May... lol!), I Yin's birthday, talking to certain people... Sigh.

I'll still enjoy myself though. Count on that! I'll make sure I have loads of pics to share. And on all the different types of scenery too! *winks*
